Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

🚚 Local Delivery Options

Free Delivery:
We offer free local delivery within 40 km of our fabrication shop (70 Belfield Road). Free shipping will automatically appear at checkout if your location matches this radius.

Extended Delivery Area:
If you are located outside the 40 km delivery zone, we also deliver up to 60 km from our shop for a flat $10 delivery fee.

After your purchase, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time that works for you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item at the scheduled time.

🛠 Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our fabrication.

Your snow shovel includes a limited workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup.

This warranty covers:

• Structural weld failures

• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects under normal residential use

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Rust due to improper storage

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or commercial use

• Modifications made after purchase

If you believe your item has a defect, please email us with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion).
